Just Breathe
This series of audio recordings has been deeply inspired by my students and their own learning goals. Goal setting can often be motivated by the things we perceive as a challenge; this is exactly where growth has the opportunity to take place. It leads us to consider the power it has to dissolve tension and with more and more conscious development, can positively impact your nervous system.
Learning often takes shape in many forms and for each of us differently, that is why I have chosen to interweave an experiential practice throughout the series, to allow you the opportunity not only to listen but to practice along too.
The intention of this session is to reunite you with your breath. Learning to incorporate movement and breath together can open space in our bodies, to make more room for the full breath experience.
WHAT YOU MAY NEED
- A chair and blanket
- A yoga mat
- Two yoga blocks or hard-covered books (same size)
