Finding Balance In Uncertainty
Welcome Back! For the last session, we delved into finding the breath in movement. Remember, each preceding session sets the foundation on which we can build upon. So, when all else fails - just breathe.
This series focuses on the principles of balance. We must call to mind - first and foremost - that balance begins when we acknowledge the safety and support of the ground below us. When we learn to develop balance on the yoga mat, we might be reminded that it’s an important life lesson to be aware of times when we are out of balance. Acknowledging this, helps us to make changes, and to find balance in our body and mind.
WHAT YOU MAY NEED
- A chair and blanket
- A yoga mat
- Two yoga blocks or hard-covered books (same size)
