Calm, patient and enlightening are some of the words that come to mind when reflecting back on my yoga course with Anita. I had always wanted to try yoga, but was worried I was not flexible enough or just not suited to it. But I happily found that I was wrong after completing my ‘Intro to Yoga’ course.
